My history with smart phones.

My life with phones, I started out with a flip phone and then worked my way up to a candy bar phone.

But when I found out about smart phones I wanted one. As of today I have had 45smart phones.

The first phone what the AT&T Tilt 8125. Running Windows Mobile 5. The display was small 2.8" QVGA 240 X 320 touch screen. It was the heaviest phone that I have ever used. I didn't have data on my phone plan, so I had to use wifi for all of my internet needs. It didn't run any flash programs or any websites that ran flash. I like the key board and was able to type at a good rate. But it died when the tilted part cut the wire for the screen and it was a paper weight after that.

My second smart phone, was my first Android phone. It was the Sony Ericsson X10 with a 4" display. I liked this phone, it was the first time that I had a data plan on my service (I didn't like that). I think that I got 1 update on this phone and then it was over for updates with Froyo 2.2 only non AT&T in Europe was updated to Gingerbread.

Then I won my next 2 phones in contest, starting with Motorla Atrix 2. I was enjoying this phone, it had a good camera compared to the phones that I owned. It had a docking station you could get to make it into a laptop (I never got one). It had a 4.3" screen.I still have this phone and my 11 yr old kid is using it every day to play games.

The next phone is the HTC One M7 I won this phone when it was the hottest phone out there. I had it before they were in stores (found out when I had to get a new sim to fit it). I'm still using this phone, I love the speed and size of the screen at 4.7" 1080p 32 g storage. This was the thinnest phone and lightest feeling phone that I have owned. I liked how I could take good pictures at night with this, but it lacked the zooming that I had with the Atrix 2.
With time it's been updated many more times than all my other phones, with the last update to 5.0.2. Which was now a nice update, my phone started to get into a reboot cycle. It was rebooting about 20 times in a hour. I ended up having to do a factory reboot, than it started to work better. It is faster than before, but things didn't get backed up like my phone numbers and some apps just went away.
After almost 3 years with the HTC One M7 the camera is getting buggy and the boom sound is not as loud. The camera is making my photos inside look purple (yet my Motorla Atrix 2 is still taking great pictures.). The sound is not as loud as when new. I guess things are not made to last a long time.

Now I am on my 5th phone moving up to the Nexus 6P. Still new to my, only having it about a month.
